Armed with a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Mass Communications, she began her career in the television industry as a successful producer and production manager. With the agility and creativity that are vital to live and recorded television projects, transitioning to live and virtual event production was a natural fit for Junia.


She is a proven leader in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, galas, awards presentations, festivals and more of varying complexities for corporations, non-profits, and trade associations.


Junia currently serves as a board member and Immediate Past President of the Minnesota Festivals and Events Association (MNFEA), and has completed the University of Minnesota Tourism Center’s Festival and Event Management Program.  A Florida native, Junia now calls the Twin Cities home with her Minnesota-native husband and a set boy/girl twins.
